Maxime Blogie, co-founder
designer & main point of contact.Web designer and developer, I've had the chance to work with a few renowned chefs since 2015. Being close to their daily reality is what sparked the idea of a reservation system that handles both tables and rooms. Today I lead the project end-to-end while taking care of the client relationship.

lead web developer.A feature-focused web developer, I joined Maxime in 2020 to build Book-eat. The further I go, the more I admire the precision, rigour and demanding standards of the chefs we work with. Book-eat is an online reservation system designed for high-end establishments offering packages that include restaurant, overnight stay and breakfast. It brings tables, rooms and packages together in one booking journey: your guests book their table, their room and their extras in a few clicks, directly from your website.

The Starter plan costs €129 per month and the Premium plan €299 per month, excluding VAT. You can switch plans at no cost.

Both, and you choose the priority. A restaurant with rooms offers the table first, to which the guest adds an overnight package. A hotel offers a stay of several nights first, to which the guest adds a table at the restaurant and extras.

Yes, if you wish: the choice is yours. With the Premium plan, you can ask the guest for a card imprint or a deposit when booking, through Stripe, or ask for nothing. The amount is calculated automatically according to your rules.

Yes. Your reservations and guest profiles are imported from a CSV file. The Premium plan includes migration from Zenchef or TheFork and onboarding.

Book-eat provides a booking module you can add to your website in a few clicks. Your guests can book in French, English or Dutch.
